Everyday in the locker room when it is time to take showers I get hard. Is there anyway to fix this?

Turn the water on really cold? There's no surefire way to prevent erections; you're just going to have to accept them.

Masturbate before school in the mornings. Try to focus on showering, getting in and out quickly, etc. If you get an erection, oh well. It's natural, and while you'll want to be embarrassed, don't. It happens to almost everyone at some point.

Yea, I would just make the water to an uncomfortable temp. And if you can't (because the showers at my school is just a button and bam) just think of disgusting things.

You don't really even need to focus on gross things. Just keep your mind busy on anything that doesn't arouse you. Go over what you need to do before the end of the day. Try to get as far through a song as you can. Think about something interesting to talk about in lunch.

Think of something really gross and focus intently on it.

I used to think of a really fat guy with lots of boils. Then the boils pop and he drinks the fluid in them. It's really gross, but I have a vivid imagination and it worked for me.

If there are other guys in the locker room, which im guess there are, try not to look at their dicks. Even if you are straight, that could cause an erection. other than that, use cold water and think of all the homework you have...

Remember not to get yourself too focussed on the potential for an erection; the more you think about it, the more likely it is to happen. Of course, the next challenge is to then not think about thinking about getting an erection. You'll get it eventually, but if you don't, just know you're not the only kid in the world who walked into a locker room shower and got an erection.

Do the others have the same problem? If "yes", well then it is not really a problem (which it is not, anyway) as everyone will be equally embarrassed.

I agree with Kyle^ ... Whenever I look at the others in there I start to get boners too! Then again, I don't think its too much to worry about, in my school showers most people get boners at some point, people don't really even notice that much right?
