No it's not beneficial. It's a preference. Just like wearing a green shirt as opposed to a red one. Or briefs as opposed to boxers.

It's what makes you more comfortable.

I don't think so - it's just what suits you. If it's not your thing, you wear clothes while you sleep and you're none the worse for it, it's no big deal.

It's a personal thing. It really has no health benifits inless you get more sleep when you sleep naked however it could have the opposite effect and you may get less sleep this way. But other then this no it's not really benifical

I don't believe sleeping nude benefits your health and well-being, but you can believe, in the mental sense, that it helps you become more comfortable with who you are. I don't believe sleeping without clothes has much physical benefit, besides not getting yourself tangled in them!

It very well could be beneficial to your skin, as the material of clothing can irritate it, to an extent.

To be honest, I don't know if it is or not. What news article did you read it in? If it was from one of the major headers, especially here in the United States, then it was probably medically tested. So, then sleeping nude would be better.

I don't know, it makes sense I guess, gives you skin room to breathe etc, it wouldn't be harmful though, so why not.
