1. He is still 15..... So give him time to develop and grow. I know it may seem like every boy has to have a huge dick at your age but it just doesn't work that way. He may be a late bloomer. More then likely he will get bigger in time and isn't something you should be too concerned about.

That is shallow, if all you care about is the dick size of a boy and not anything else, then you shouldn't date or have sex with anyone because you will only end up hurting them.
