Under age sex and with out a condom

Ok, my girlfriend (of 2 years) and I are thinking about having sex, I am 15, she is 14. And I have 2 questions:

1) what is the law and conciquences against under aged sex in the united kingdom? I have looked at a few websites and they all say different things

2)what are the chances of pregnancy if you use the withdraw method, getting condoms are a mammoth task and I was looking for aulternative.

1) The law is pretty simple. You sleep with anyone under the age of consent you are committing a sexual offence. worse consequence would be jail time, about 5 years maximum I think. But because you are close in age, over 13, and both consenting than its unlikely the police will bother with you. Even if they do, aka her parents push the police too, chances are the CPS will just ignore it.

So in reality, you are breaking the law, but its highly unlikely you will ever get into trouble.

2) Too high. condoms are easy to get, there are drop in clinics and stuff all over the place, find your local GUM clinic online and just walk in and pick some up. If you can't get condoms, I assume you can't because you are too scared or embarressed as they aren't expensive, than I would have to say you aren't ready for sex.

Don't do it.

No they aren't. You can get them anywhere. They aren't expensive. There is no excuse for sex without one. (Unless BC is being used by the girl)

I completely agree. If you can't manage to find and buy condoms at the pharmacy, grocery store, or big box store, then you'll certainly have problems finding and buying diapers and baby food.

Withdrawing is a bit better than nothing, but is not considered an effective method of birth control. If you use the withdraw method enough times, odds are that your girlfriend will become pregnant.

Joker has it pretty much right. Just to back it up:-

The age of consent is 16, but as you are both under 16 and willing participants there's virtually no chance that you would get prosecuted if found out.
Condoms are easy to get. You can just buy them in Boots or any supermarket, get them from vending machines in public toilets, or be given them free at walkin centres or maybe even from your school nurse.
Early withdrawl is hopelessly unreliable. You might time it wrong, and even if you pull out before orgasm some semen is likely to have leaked out already.

I think that if you are that worried about it than you shouldn't have sex. Plus 15 and 14 is a little young.

You could get charged with rape basically, since males are held more accountable than females (for some reason I still can't fully fathom). This is worst case scenario, for if her parents find out and wish to push the matter that far, and if there's significant evidence for them to convict you.

Sex with a minor is considered rape (even if consentual) because minors are judged not to either; fully understand the situation, or be capable of making such a big decision.

I'd suggest going to a family planning clinic like YPAS (in fact I do... because they're free), they have to give you free condoms by law. Totally confidential too.
