Well, My best friend is alexa, and i have been in love with her since i met her. She had a boy friend, so i started dating another girl and still am. But i am still madly in love with alexa. I think she might like me too, but im not sure. She txts me all day every day. She gave me her jacket, She walked to a different city with me, and she laughs at everything i say. do u think she likes me? I hope she does. What do i do? i dont want to hurt our relationship by doing something stupid.

Aren't you at all concerned about your current girlfriend?

I think if you don't like her anymore you should at least consider her feelings and break it off with her because you know you're not interested in her anymore.

As for Alexa...just go for it. Take a chance and tell her how you feel. Maybe not as honest as "I'm madly in love with you and have been since I met you", but something more along the lines of "My feelings for you have passed 'just friends'."

She sounds like she likes you a lot and may even loves you, but your are going to have to find out by continuing your friendship with her and trying to get even in a closer relationship to see what happens.

That's wrong. It makes it sound like your current girlfriend is "second choice" and you're only staying with her because you can't have your first choice. That's not fair to her; she deserves to be dating someone who views her as a "number one". If you don't have genuine feelings for her and are focused on this Alexa girl then you need to break it off regardless of how things progress with Alexa.

I think you're missing the point. Your entire mindset on your current relationship is kind of messed up.

You don't break up with her WHEN/IF something happens with Alexa. You break up with her because you don't care about her anymore and it's not fair to her if you string her out like this, whether or not she may have cheated on you.

To be honest, it almost sounds as if you dislike your current girlfriend. Start by ending it with her. Then pursue Alexa.
