Hi, im 13. Is 3 n a half inces when not erect, and bout 5 inches when erect normal?

Its bigger then mine, and im 15.
But im a late bloomer, so i have an excuse.

But i'd say that a reasonable size, for your age.

Yes it's very normal, if not on the large size for someone who is 13.

u shouldn't be concerned at all be happy ur above average
just because its bigger than usual doesnt mean its not normal

That's pretty normal, perhaps even a bit above average, for 13. For adults, the average is 5.5 inches erect, and you still have some time to grow. There's no reputable average for flaccid sizes, and flaccid sizes vary a lot. Your flaccid size is completely fine, though.
