Exclamation sleep problems that are getting annoying!

ok, so lately for about 4 days i had a hard time sleeping, to where i only got about 10 to 13 hours of sleep within that 4 days and when i would sleep i would constintly wake up. i dont have that hard of a time going to sleep anymore but now when i sleep, doesnt matter where, when i sleep my nose gets stuffed up and i have horrible dreams and i wake up and try to go back to sleep but when i do im like half awake half asleep the rest of the night, then during the day im extremly tierd so i take a nap, then my nose gets stuffed up and i dont even go to sleep when i try to take a nap, its that same state of being half asleep and half awake. i dream but at any point in time i could just get up and to get something. its getting really annoying and im so tierd. can anyone give me an idea of whats wrong?
