Default So I read about this exercise..

Whether they're called squat thrusts, burpees, bastards, whatever, this is the basic rundown:

  • Go down to a squat position
  • kick you legs out
  • do a pushup
  • bring your legs back in
  • jump up
And repeat..but how many times? Or for a certain amount of time?

Yeah, burpees are good. I normally do them as part of a circuit, so for about a minute to a minute and a half.

How...? I'm sorry, I'm not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but I don't get why you'd think that not possible

OP, you're gonna want to do as many as you can in about a minute and then rest for about thirty seconds and repeat five times. Or that's the way I do it You can change your exercise up any way you feel you get the most out of it ^^
