I do them at practice usually about like 20-25 within 1:30 sec.
than you change it up if you want

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but I don't get why you'd think that not possible ![]() OP, you're gonna want to do as many as you can in about a minute and then rest for about thirty seconds and repeat five times. Or that's the way I do it You can change your exercise up any way you feel you get the most out of it ^^
