Im 15, im a late bloomer.
My penis is about 3'' when i have a full erection.
My problem/question is, my girlfriend wants to have sex, give me handjubs, and stuff like that.
But im afraid she'll laugh at me/ think my penis is small.
What should i do?

If she likes you and has respect and is truely interested in you.... Then she should not care or be concerned with that. Talk to her and be open..... If she laughs and doesnt want to do that... then you know she isn't ready for sexual relations and isn't right for you anyways.

I agree with Austin , If she is truly ready to have sex with you , and is mature enough to be understanding, then she won't laugh. Plus don't be worried about the size , it's not everything.

The size is not everything, plus if she is just concerned with sex and does not love you, maybe you should reconsider her as your girlfriend, since it won't be a lasting relationship.

If she truly respects you, she won't care about your size. If you're not ready for sex, though, that's okay, too. If it's something you want to do, then you can think about how to intelligently go forward with it (i.e. birth control, preventing STDs, etc). If you're not sure about it, there's nothing wrong with waiting.

You don't have a small penis, you just have one that has not yet fully matured.
