For the food: you can eat all sorts of unhealthy foods, in moderation. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and the like, but if you want to splurge every now and then (though not necessarily every day), that's fine. You have to use self-control. Carrots and dip may not be as tasty a snack as potato chips, but it's healthier. Likewise, eating the M&Ms that are in front of you at an event may be tempting, even though you're not hungry, but with self-control you can resist, or if you want to treat yourself, limit yourself to a small handful.
For exercise: Find some exercise you like. It can be running, playing a sport, using gym equipment such as a treadmill, walking, swimming, biking--whatever is fun to you. If you want to, you can listen to music as you exercise. But just do it. It may not be fun at first, but you feel better after exercising for 20 or 30 minutes. And it's good for you. Fortunately, there are a variety of options, so try different things and you should find something you like. And even if you don't, pick something, because it's important to stay fit. Though exercising alone is easy to coordinate, consider exercising with a friend if you want some motivation or just a more fun experience.
