Hi. When im in assembly, our presenter usually tells the school bout something bad that happened that week. I always go red, and my eyes water and I look like im guilty, to everything! get me?

Some people can't help but look red or "guilty" in response to open accusations such as the ones at your assembly. As long as you didn't actually do anything wrong, though, you shouldn't worry about it. While you may look red, most people won't translate that to thinking you're guilty.

Means you're self conscious. Don't worry about it, as previously stated you generally won't be considered "that guy".
