soft - hard

My bf's penis goes from bigger/harder to smaller/softer more times during sex (oral or intercours). Why is that? Does it happen to others also... ? I will not ask is it normal, but is it common? Guys, can you tell me does it happen to you? Girls, what's your experience?

You mean, he sometimes gets soft during sex? Some guys have more difficulties with maintaining an erection than others. It doesn't necessarily mean he's unstimulated. You should talk to him about this if it's a problem for you. But some guys' erections are just moderately stiff unless they are super-aroused.

Not completely soft but it changes...in size and hardness.... It's not big problem because it gets hard agan after few seconds. I know it happens during oral and I think also during intercours. He doesn't seem to mind. I was just curious, why is that and does it happen to others?

I know sometimes my bf will get really, really stiff during sex and other times he won't be as stiff. Maybe he receives a different type of sensation.

Mine gets totally stiff, then gets a little softer, then back to stiff at least 2 or 3 times in like a couple minutes time.

what my mom told me is think of it as a blood filled tube and a pump, the pump when working real hand will have it up and real hard, but once its going it will keep the blood going but not as much but it will still be there. I have been with a few guys like that it can cut glass at first then gets a liitle soft.

Don't worry as long as it just does not get real soft a floppy and usless.

My advice is that, he's probably having trouble with some things going on in his head and you might just want to talk to him. Work things out. Cheer him up. FALL IN LOVE.

Sometimes it changes it's level of "erectness" for whatever reason. The body is a wierd machine, and it could have a lot of different factors. It's mostly associated with the level of blood flow through the penis, not his level of interest in you per say.
