Lumps under arm

I have just found four lumps under my arm.
They are all in a line, vertically, and all are deep pink in colour. The top one is quite small (about 2mm diameter) and painless. The three below are larger and tender to touch. It is sore if I press my upper arm against my body and also if I extend my arm outwards or upwards.

The larger lumps are roughly the same size as an insect bite, diameter of 4-5mm, and about 4mm apart.

I am overseas at the moment so can't go to my doctor. I haven't changed my deodorant, but have been using different shower gel this week, and have obviously been sleeping in hotel beds, so don't know what detergents they are using on the sheets. However I've never previously had a rash from any soap or detergent, and there is nothing anywhere else on my body.

Any ideas?

Could it be razor bumps/cuts or scabs? has this ever happend before?

Never had anything like this before, and I don't shave there, so it's not that.

I said each lump felt like an insect bite. I'm now thinking that they probably are insect bites. If so, they should be gone by the time I get back home.
