Lasting Longer
Ive been on govteen for a while and i have read about lots of ways to train to last longer but i wanted some oppinons. What method do you think is the best? I usually do the stop and go but after the third time i cant hold it any more.

haha same here. I can go 2-3 times but after that i just cant take it have to go. Umm thats the only way i can think of.

Search around for other threads like yours and you'll probably find some answers.
The most common suggestion for lasting longer, though, would be the stop and go technique, I presume.
