Aw

Truth be told death is the end of life, so you can take comfort in the fact that what happened was completely natural, and she is no longer suffering (assuming that she had a painful death). If her death wasn't painful, then at least she didn't have a painful death, like so many others do.

This is key to overcoming your grief. Looking at mourning as a celebration of ones life, rather than the grieving of their passing can help make your sadness cease.

I'm sorry to hear about that, Teddy.

Death can be a very saddening experience, but take comfort in the fact that her long journey of life is finally complete and she is at peace.

im sorry hon. death is incredibly hard for me to deal with.

my best advice to you is to share the best memories you have of her with other family and friends. funny, happy, positive things.

if you dwell on the sad you will be sad longer.

when my fanfuckingtastic papa died, i found the sweetest most endearing picture of him that i had and made a list of all the totally awesome times i had with him
