Yes there is a muscle it's called pubococcygeus or PC and you can excercise it by doing KEGELS just google it. It can help you shoot farther and hold out longer before cumming

Its a combination of things. The main one being how long its been since you've last ejaculated. Yes there are muscles that can be exercised to help you shoot farther, but if there isn't much to shoot it won't go very far. You need pressure built up to shoot. i've read on here about how if people havent masturbated in like a week or more, they shoot more and farther.

so personally i've tried this. i totally don't agree. some days seems to go farther, and then if i don't masturbate for a while, it doesn't seem to matter. for me it seems completely random, sometimes farther, sometimes just dribble. days between masturbating doesn't seem to affect it at all.

so i guess i don't really have an answer for ya. just sharing my experiences. and i had that same question too.

I have to agree with Tyler, for me is the same, some times it does matter how often I masturbate, other times it doesn’t. What seems most important is how sexually aroused I am and for how long.

This is what usually makes a difference for me. If I do it a long time and im really aroused I always shoot farther.

As far as how much, I think that depends on how long its been since u did it last, i dont shoot a ton yet anyways but theres more if I skip a day.

it deff. depends on development but the size of ur load & how long u last will make a difference too. the other day i didnt jackoff for like 2 days & then when i did j/o i made my session last super long so when i came it shot far... all over the place. & for the most i usually dribble. so it all depends. & like ppl said u can do exercises too
