Girlfriend moving!? :'(

So, I am a guy and I have a big crush on this girl, we are good friends, and I realy like her, and (I'm not sure because I'm always the oblivious one) I think she may like me a little Into me (we are 14me-15her). Now for the tough part, she MAY be moving to California august next year, and not our families (or ourselves) agree with Persueing a relationship with the intent of marriage (just seems like a silly waste of time, but that's a different thread). So what do I do? Do I give up, go out with her anyway??

I have also swore to myself that if they Find out they arent moving, I'll ask her out.

I guess your best bet would be to hold out to see if she's moving, believe me, a long long distance relationship is costly, time consuming, and hard to keep going for long periods of time. I hope for the best in whatever decision or incident happens!

You have a lot of time until August and you're not even sure if they will end up moving. If you feel strongly about it, there's no reason why you shouldn't ask the girl out to see if there's any hope of it advancing into something more serious. Until you know that she is undoubtedly moving, it's fair game and worth pursuing. And even if she does end up moving, there's no reason why you two couldn't enjoy each other for the time you have left.

Follow your heart. If you want to be with this girl, be with her for who she is. You could still have a good enough relationship if she moves away. And think about what you may have missed out if you were not together. If you dont really want to be with her, then by all means dont. It is your life and you need to take control over it.

meh, if you end up liking her alot in the end its going to be really shitty, my girlfriend of 6 months moved away on me before i was pretty much devistated but that was back when i was just a chap
