has anyone ever had issues with gym?

meaning in moré; - locker rooms, like changing into gym cloths in front of others.

Well I do it quickly, but like yeah I hate when other guys watch as I change, sometimes it gets me a boner a little bit..embarassing haha. It once slipped out of my boxers..that was awful.

I tend to think that most people spend as little time as needed in locker rooms. There are exceptions to that, of course, but most people just go about their business and get out.

I don't have a problem with it. Though I've known many guys who have.

What helped me when I first had to change in front of other guys was that I thought "Y'know, we all the same stuff. And if in the event that some other guy makes fun of me, then it's either because he's jealous of something, or something else rather.

Like I said, I myself have no problem with it. I just dress casually. Though I should be specific I guess; I don't take off all my clothes at once. I take my shirt and pants off one at a time. So, maybe if you undress in layers, if you already don't, that may help you.

I hope you find someway to help you through you problem.

I've been in and out of locker rooms, changing and showering with friends and teammates multiple times a week for years. It's not in any way an issue once you get used to it, and that's true even though, to be honest, lots of the guys I end up in those situations with are pretty attractive. It's just a locker room. I don't even feel a particular need to hurry or act any differently than I would normally. If you are in the situation enough, it eventually becomes normal.

It may seem like a big deal at first but its really nothing. Just don't even think about it. No ones looking at you that way and after about a month of changing in a locker room, you'll be as embarrassed as you are when changing alone. And by that I mean it shouldn't bother you at all.

ugh ive had that happen! lol

well this was my first year for gym... i took a different class in place of gym my last 3 years so i thought changing in the locker room would be horrible. but its not THAT bad. i just change fast and thats it. idk i dont really mind it... never had problems either. except for the boner slipping out once haha

It's awkward in there, yes. I'm usually as quick and discreet as possible, just the same as everyone else.
