Default Rowing

Can anyone tell me how a person can improve his rowing skills? Plus are there any exercises a person could follow?

Default Re: Rowing

Rowing is a sport that involves every muscle of the body. Therefore, you need to work every muscle in the body. For upper body, I recommend lifting weights generic bicep, tricep, etc exercises. You can search for other posts specific to work outs to find ones about that. For lower body, I recommend leg press, leg extensions, reverse curls, curls, and ab work outs. Cardio such as running, cylcing, and stationary rowing would be very good for you as well.
