(PE) Premature Ejacuation

Just looking for some general advice, personal experiences, and tips. This is happening to me during sexual encounters, I have climaxed far too quickly, I'm 20 years old and it's starting to get to me.

In the last two cases it's happened before I've even entered her, and the first time I did have sex, it didn't last long, probably about 2-3 minutes but I excused that for being my first time.

Mainly happening, in foreplay when I'm fingering her and she is chugging me off. Suddenly I ejaculate far too easily, I don't feel that much of an orgasm either that I would if I was masturbating myself. Now, I've had several experiences such as oral sex with girls before and I'm not sexually nervous. More in my head but know because it's happened more than once, I'm in my head thinking even more and conscious about ejaculating too quickly.

I got a blowjob last week, and I tried to be more present, I was looking and taking in everything around about me, which did seem to work. In one of the cases I mentioned above was today with that same girl, I was fingering her, trying to concentrate on her pleasure rather than mine and trying to be present, she started to rub me so I got the condom on, and just as I was about to enter her, I ejaculated, but I tried to control it but I couldn't. However, it felt that weak for me, she never even noticed, I just said I lost my erection and couldn't get it in. I continued to finger her, as she tried to sustain my new weak erection as I was too embarrassed to say, had her orgasm, and I just called it a day.

Why did you tell her you lost your erection? You think it's better then to tell her you ejaculated? Don't really get it, because if you loose erection girl could think she's not hot eneough for you, and if you ejaculte too early it can men just the opposit, that she is too hot and you are overxcited to be with her, so it's better thing i think.

You can take a prescribed medicine (providing your doctor agrees to prescribe it to you) such as "Prozac" (this is a brand name, please type it into Wikipedia for the generic name - this particular medicine is available as a generic medicine, which means it's usually much cheaper than the branded "Prozac" pills - essentially, you're paying for the brand name when you buy the (famous name) branded "Prozac" instead of its generic alternative, which most people would say is exactly the same quality. It would only be inferior if made in an underground, overseas factory, thereby being of inferior quality. I agree with this, take your time have lots of foreplay, if you can't help it make sure the other sexual partner has an orgasm before you do thus making them satisfied, because I have seen a lot of people become depressed because of PE. Also you could try and masturbate before hand this could make you last considerable longer

My fiance and I were just talking about this problem earlier today. He is the same way. We are trying using St. Johns Wort**

I tried this once. I masturbated in the morning, then later that day the sex wasn't near as pleasurable and I couldn't cum a 2nd time -.-
