Default Bupropion (Wellbutrin)

I was just prescribed this medication, and was wondering if there existed a therapeutic "hump" (time until medication becomes effective within system). Most re-uptake inhibitors do, but my psych told me it was instant-acting...

Has anyone had personal experience with this medication?
