Help! I wake up with boners, but I am not having sexy dreams. Why is this happening?

'Morning Wood' is pretty common within boys undergoing puberty, its just a hormonal thing, I couldn't explain it but someone on this forum might be able to.

It's commonly called "morning wood". You get it from your body being in such a relaxed state of sleep. They are completly normal you have nothing to worry about

Maybe because it's a bit more free and when you move around in the night, it doesn't rub up against all too much besides maybe a blanket. It's kept close to the skin with underwear and the underwear itself can probably cause it to become aroused.

One of the stages in the human sleep cycle includes males getting a boner, so you're probably waking up during this stage. It's stage 2, 3, or 4, I'm not sure which.

You are probably having some dreams that involve sex but you won't necessarily remember them. Regardless, all guys get erections during REM sleep, and you can maintain an erection from REM sleep to when you wake up. This is especially common during puberty.

it fine. i will only get it if i don't wear any (or maybe just take off underwear) clothes. to fix it you could try just wear some sort of clothes at night
