The only thing I'm missing is "curious/willing to experiment".

But heterosexual, bisexual, homosexual, transgender (including partner preference), asexual..... that covers everything... I think?

I agree entirely, which is why I didn't separate any of the options (unless they included gender identity) by gender. I hate the word dike and fag.... and even gay. I may be homosexual, but that doesn't make me happy. Slang shit is what it all is.
