Well, today my mum finally admitted she'd been having an affair for a year. I felt so angry, my dad was really upset and annoyed too.

I went out for a few hours down the fields by myself. When I came home, my mum had gone to her new husbands house, and for the first time ever, I saw my dad cry.

It hurt, I hate the my mums new BF, I want to kill the guy my mums been having an affair with. a whole fuckin year and didnt tell us!

So I'm with my dad in our house, but if my mum decides to force us to sell it we'regonna have to.

So Im pretty upset and pissed off right now

I am very sorry to hear about that. I have not been in such situation but I can understand you. I would agree that you stay away from her, be there with your dad as he has got a big shock.

I know we've already spoken privately, but I figured I could post here too incase others reading this find themselves in similar situations. There's not much we can do to help you, ultimately it was your mum's decision and arguably it was a terrible decision for her to make, but her decision none the less. The thing to remember though is that you must not let yourself fall into the trap that many people do when their parents go through something like this, and blame yourself or think how they feel towards you changes; it won't have done.

So I know it's tough and it won't be an easy thing to forgive and forget, if you choose to do so, but remember that your mum does still care and didn't do what she's done to hurt people. I know you'll handle it though, you're strong.
