Everyone has something that they do to excite themselves, often to a borderline unhealthy level, as they've become conditioned/addicted.

But it's different for everyone. So my question is, what do you seek to give yourself pleasure?

I'm an extremely extroverted workaholic, that's addicted to benzodiazepines, and probably alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine too.

Eating ~ fucking love food
Sex/Masturbation ~ I love making out
Cleaning/Organizing ~ I love the satisfying feeling you get after you clean/organize something
Competitive Sports ~ I love swimming, and winning races

I eat, I'm addicted to pain killers mostly tylenol, I organize and clean, and I tend to keep my emotions inside which makes it so much worse.

I get off on drugs, working out, playing sports (especially really rough sports where people get hurt a lot), and doing "dangerous" things. I also gain pleasure by hurting myself.

I like to speed, but not compulsively. Same with eating. I enjoy food, but I don't engorge myself with it. The only "drug" I have in my system is caffeine from soda, and of course what teenage male doesn't find pleasure in either sex or masturbation?
