Lately, i feel very horny, but i don't want to Jack-off/Masturbate, is this a problem?

Well not really but I don't see what the big deal in masturbating is. It is a good way to relieve these feelings and stress related things. This is what happens during puberty, you get all these hormones going and you are going to be feeling this way quite often for awhile. If you really don't enjoy it and want to avoid it, then you need to find a lot of different things you can do to take your mind off sex. Also, avoid using the computer for extended time periods while alone. Just be with people more often.

Absolutely your choice - masturbation is not a necessity, and if you'd rather not, then don't. There will be no harm caused from being horny and not doing anything about it.

There's not a problem with being horny. And there's not a problem with not really feeling like you want to rub one off, so the two combined there's no problem with either.

Feeling horny usually goes hand-in-hand w/ an urge to masturbate.

Are you saying that you do feel the urge to masturbate but are trying to refrain for some reason? (religious or just self-discipline, perhaps)
