Whats your favourite Zelda game?

I'm sure I missed out some big important ones but they're not coming to me right now.

My fav is Ocarina of Time because its a classic, but Twilight Princess is cool because of the nostalgia you get from being back in Hyrule.

All are great games, even the Gameboy ones. And Windwaker is pretty sweet for being different than the rest and a whole different aspect to the series.

And Majora's mask is scary

I think you're going to get overwhelming support for Ocarina of Time. It was simply bad ass. I'd also agree with you putting Twilight Princess second, loved that one almost as much.

Windwaker was good. But the lack of Hyrule and Epona etc, as well as the cel shaded graphics meant it just didnt feel like a Zelda game.

As for Twilight Princess, my opinion is a little bit biased. I bought the Wii version, not the gamecube version. As a result, i played the game for a few hours then got right fucked off with having to wave my arms like a twat each time i wanted to stab an enemy, or just cut some grass Ejected the game with some major arm ache, didnt play the game again lol

Haha, yeah that must have been a bitch. I'm glad I got mine for the gamecube, was a really great game with an amazing plot.

If you ever get the chance to play it on the gamecube, play it. It's really good. You'll be blown away.

Ocarina of Time, definately. MM was far too complicated, I didn't like the gameboy versions at all, Windwaker was a bloody mess, and not played TP myself, but helped my brother on it, didn't seem as good though.

i rember great times with ocarina of time, but after 7 years of expirence i can beat that game faster than my 11 year old counter self can say holy shit. of course i would probably have more important things to tell my 11 year old self than show him how to beat the game...



i think twilight princess fucked up on this, they made a game my 11 year old self could beat and yet targeted the more expirenced gamer version of myself, which is myself. that t on the box killed them. oracle of seasons and time was for my generation and then minish cap came out and increased the difficulty to my generation. twilight princess did not. they subsituted graphics for gameplay. ocrania of time didn't need graphics to be good. it was just good

I liked TP just because of the nostalgia from being back in Hyrule, the place that was truly beautiful in OOT. It had a pretty long game with like 8 temples?

Forest, Fire, Water, Arbiters Grounds, The Yeti one, the... Sky one with those birds, the TEMPLE OF TIME (had to think to remember that one, the spiders were scary ergjkkk?) and ummmmmm..there was the twilight realm the last level with zant, there was the hyrule castle which is pretty long, and then.... theres one more but i totally forget i think?? theres 4 peices of the mirrior, Yeti, Bird Sky one, Temple of Light, whats the other one?

Man for me, it goes Ocarina of Time - Twilight Princess - Then the rest are tied. they're all good in their own ways cuz Windwaker offered something totally different and it was cool, and Majoras gave you a bigger challenge then stopping some crazy mothu fucka, as you had a time limit. The two Oracles were great because one time I broke 2 arms and a leg, and the only thing i could play was gameboy and i got them both as gifts so they were fun and they were long cuz its harder with 2d shit on gameboy

OoT was a huge classic that made me love the Legend of Zelda. The gameboy games were alright, Majora's Mask was way too hard and Wind Waker was all o_O.
When Twilight Princess came out, I loved it (got the Wii version), I liked controlling my weapons. The whole storyline was great.

I remember that game!
I didn't get it for the SNES b/c I was stuck with Mario during that time.
I got it for the GBA and it was awesome!
It was a long game, worth playing it.
