Masturbating to porn

So, yeah, I've heard that this can be bad in the long-term? For a while now I've been doing it and decided that I want to stop for a bit. I tried a few times to masturbate w/o it and it was a lot harder, and eventually I just gave up w/o orgasm. Though the two times were in the shower w/ someone waiting and in my bed really late needing to get to sleep for the next day. But still. I don't want to depend on porn for orgasms. If I stop for a while, no porn OR masturbation, then try again w/o porn could it maybe be easier? I want to get off it, and is there any other methods that can help? HELP

I had this problem too, just kick the porn and keep trying, try something new to make ur j/o session different, sumtimes you get stuck in a rut and get bored and depend on the porn to get off.

Are you saying that you have an addiction to porn or that you simply never want to watch it again and how can you do that?

It definitely can be bad. For one, you can develop a dependency on porn and have difficulty achieving orgasm without it. It sounds like this is already a problem, though you can solve the problem by avoiding porn. There are also moral questions about pornography, but that's a whole different story.

Give it a try when you're not pressured for time/tired before you assume that you couldn't get off because you didn't have porn. It might not be that. On the other hand, using your imagination certainly isn't a bad thing.

Well there is two ways to do this:
1. carry on watching porn but always to is less and less as time goes on untill you are compleatly of it.
2. make yourself horny by fiddling with yourself more or doing it with a friend (i mean wanking).

Use your imagination and just fantasize a little. That's all it takes. But still you do not want to become addicted to porn haha.
