Default Overly-flirty female friends

I pride myself on having a good number of male friends and an almost equal number of female friends. Two of my female friends worth mentioning (not mutual) are very attractive and both have lots of male friends yet almost no female friends. Both can be very flirty yet never suggest any deeper meaning. I don't know if either of them find me attractive or just flirt for the hell of it, but I don't mean to start a relationship with either of them. Flirting can of course be fun and usually harmless, but ironically, I feel like that's the main reason I've started to distance myself from them.

I've shared some great times with them and had some very meaningful conversations, yet the friendships seems trivialized by their unpredictable sexuality. They're not stuck-up or completely blatant about it, but they're gorgeous and they know it. It seems like most of their male friends are so because the girls are attractive, friendly, and flirty, and the guys are more than likely interested in something more than a friendship. Then it turns out that a relationship or hook-up is out of the question, but the guys stick around just in case. The girls' random flirting continues, maybe because they're unaware but more likely to boost their egos. One goes so far as to openly denounce overly-flirty girls and next she'll be flirting with me, all the while having a boyfriend and voicing the fact that she has no intent to date me.

There's definitely some flirting with all my female friends but with them, it sometimes feels like I'm just there to cushion their self esteem, which is apparently based entirely on their sex appeal. "Alright, do something sexy...okay, see if he noticed...yes, he did! Good, I'm still appealing to guys."

Yeah, I get it. You're hot, I find you attractive. Good for you, we're just friends though, stop flaunting yourself and teasing me, save it for your boy friend or at least one of your many other guy friends. Maybe they feel like I won't be interested in them if they don't flirt with me, but if they're just after a friendship, they have it exactly wrong. I don't know if there's advice for me out there, but I was looking to see if people had similar situations, any thoughts or opinions on the matter.
