I just got done chatting with the girl that I like on MSN... well while we were having our lovely conversation... she kept changing her name to things like "I wish I could tell you", etc... Well right before I got off line she changed her name to "My New Year's Resolution is to find someone who will treat me right, and to be nicer to people in general" ... Well I was wondering, I know that she doesn't (at least the last time I checked) like me in that way... but it could happen (ya, tomorow is the Lock-In at Church) ... anyways to the question...


What does a girl mean (when she's not dating someone) by saying "someone who will treat me right"???

it varies from girl to girl.

most girls want a guy that will treat her like a princess. you know, open doors for her, pay for her movies, pull out chairs, compliment her, etc.

and for other girls, they're just looking for someone who's nice. who will be sweet to her and treat her as an equal.

maybe you should find out what it is that SHE means by "a guy that treats her good."

She wants a guy who will treat her right and she was most likely signaling to someone who was talking to her who saw all these name changes "Get lost, you won't treat me right so screw off". I doubt she was talking about you though. Read Sids advice too, she's got alot of wisdom in that lovely brain of hers

I think it explains it right there. She wants a guy that will treat her right. It depends on what happened in the previous relationship...eg: maybe someone was cheated on, abused etc. So what ever happened bad in the previous relationship, she doesn't want that to happen.

Its always hard to tell. Perhaps you should ask her if she had a rough break up recently or whether she's having problems with something. Give her a shoulder to lean on, keep the conversations positive, and you never know, she might want you.

Hey uhh, I know alot of girls like that, but i believe more do than theyh say, i believe in the old concepts of a gentleman, a girl should be as a princess, girls deserve the world, with all the idiot guy in the world non of us deserve a girl, but you ladys deserve the world...

chivalry... that whole thing. Yeah, girls do deserve the world... i agree with that. I would give anything for my woman, and she knows it and loves that... but as well, she has to be willing to give the world in return. I know that what my girl meant by treat her right is never intentionally hurt her emotionally, never physically hurt her, and make her feel like shes the most special girl in the world. I know my girl feels that way around me a lot.... *Sigh* 3 and a half more years and i get to marry her!!!!!
