    Default Differential Equations...

Okay, I need help figuring out how to do this problem. I'm not simply asking for the answer because I know good and well that it won't help come test time... Here's the problem...

    dT/du= -12u5, T(0)=3

Do I find the integral then plug in the three? I'm so lost...
    TOLERANCE - Within reason...

You're pretty much right. If you remember that an integral is the opposite of a derivative, you can integrate both sides of the equation.

Then you can use your given value to solve for the c value of the equation you get when you integrate.

    "
He knew she was there by the rapture and the terror that seized on his heart. She was standing talking to a lady at the opposite end of the ground. There was apparently nothing striking either in her dress or her attitude. But for Levin she was as easy to find in that crowd as a rose among nettles.... The place where she stood seemed to him a holy shrine, unapproachable, and there was one moment when he was almost retreating, so overwhelmed was he with terror.... He walked down, for a long while avoiding looking at her as at the sun, but seeing her, as one does the sun, without looking."
