So I've been taking showers at school after PE (and after swimming practice) for a couple years and I'm ok with being naked around the other guys by now. My problem is that a lot of my friends are starting to grow pubes and get a lot bigger "down there" than me...it never used to be a problem but now they're all developing and I'm not! It's getting a bit embarassing, cos you know everyone looks around to compare, most people don't even hide that they are. What can I do??

You can't really do anything to change the speed of how your body progresses.

You can't speed up puberty. You'll develop just like everyone else, even though you may start a little later--that's out of your control. What you can control is your confidence. Be confident that you will be fine, and if anyone comments on your size or lack of pubic hair, call them on it. Ask them "why are you looking at my penis?" and, if necessary, call them a perv. If you let people walk over you, it might make this hard; if you're confident and stand up for yourself, you'll be fine.

The penis problem, I have no idea on how to solve it. But telling your buddies
that you shave your pubic hair for swimming might get them to back off.

Hey dude, ive been doing the same thing, have had to shower after PE since last year, and i swim on teams also and its the same deal. Ive never really been embarassed now that im used to it, but yeah alot of the guys are way ahead of me too, it kinda sucks but it wont last man, some are behind me too and ive started at least so you will too.
