First of all, it's completely wrong of your friend to masturbate you without asking you first. If he did this without asking you, that doesn't say anything about your sexual orientation.
You were turned on because someone was stimulating you. The fact that it was your friend may or may not have contributed to your overall arousal. The fact that you enjoyed this doesn't at all make you gay, though. If you agreed to it, it makes you curious. And of course, it doesn't mean that you're not gay or bisexual. But neither does it mean that you're gay.

No it doesn't make you gay. Being considered gay is when you are willing to have both a sexual and emotional relationship with only other men. It could, but it's not necessarily going to happen that way. It's quite possible that you could just enjoy getting a handjob, whether it be from a guy or a girl. A hand is a hand afterall. But there is such a thing as the grey area of sexuality, called curiosity. There's nothing wrong with it at all.
