How to tell him how I feel

There is this guy who i feel very strongly about and i want to courage up and say how i feel about him but i dont no wat 2 say to him. i really fancy this guy but i dont want to end up being rejected by him so how do i express myself to him?

Is he gay or do you have a strong suspicion he is (read: Not wishful thinking)?

If you're confident that he isn't gay, do not ask him, you're asking for trouble and most straight guys (with notable exceptions) would be rather offended if you asked them something like that.

If you think or know that he is gay, try to tell him in private. Maybe ask him to hang out after school or something?

There is this guy at my school who is in my business class and every time we meet in the corridoor he always says "Hi shaunie" [though my name is actually sean] and he rubs my shoudler and he smiles at me alot.

hes my friend but i want to no if his feelings are more for me than just a friend.

I now think he is DEFINETLY gay b cus 2day I seen him hugging another guy and stroking his hands
now I am confused b cus I dont no wether he is trying to make me jealous or wether he just isnt noticing me

Lots of gay boys will react badly if you ask them if they're gay. Asking a boy you're sure is straight if he's gay isn't a good way to go about things.

If you know he's straight don't bother telling him anything - it'll make him feel weird and you feel even worse.
