- kick you legs out
- do a pushup
- bring your legs back in
- jump up

I do them at practice usually about like 20-25 within 1:30 sec.
than you change it up if you want

Ummm. That sort of seems impossible to do?
Yeah, burpees are good. I normally do them as part of a circuit, so for about a minute to a minute and a half.

OP, you're gonna want to do as many as you can in about a minute and then rest for about thirty seconds and repeat five times. Or that's the way I do itYou can change your exercise up any way you feel you get the most out of it ^^
