There is such thing as curiosity of the same sex, which is classified to be different than being straight and different from being gay, but it's not quite considered being bisexual since you don't want to date the same sex, but you are attracted to them and some of the things they do. But it could also just be the situation of dry humping, which is sexual no matter if you do it with a girl or a guy.
