Its good to learn abit about the company like who the ceo is when it was founded how they help the community those kind of things don't come in with a t-shirt and jeans dress appropriate and mature when they ask you about yourself don't say i have a brother i go to blank highschool blah blah. Tell them why you want the job and how you'll preform

    Good luck

they're gonna ask you why you want to work at Target, why they should hire you, and as Avery stated, it's a good idea to have some background knowledge about the company. Basically, be prepared to be bombarded with questions about yourself, about what you want to do in life, about participating in teams (Target calls their employees Team Members), etc...I can't remember everything they asked me when I got interviewed at Target.

About that interview, honestly it didn't go so well but I learned from that and I'm telling you from what I experienced. Good luck!

People have suggested some good tips. But be enthusiastic, dress nicely, and be engaging. Also, follow up in a couple days after the interview by calling them. This will show that you truly want the position.
"But who prays for Satan? Who in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most, our one fellow and brother who most needed a friend yet had not a single one, the one sinner among us all who had the highest and clearest right to every Christian's daily and nightly prayers, for the plain and unassailable reason that his was the first and greatest need, he being among sinners the supremest?"
