    Angry is it just me?

well lately i have been feeling more depressed. Is it hormones? or something else? i just seem more sad and irritable. i don't want to talk to any of my family, only friends. I am always in my room or gone(with friends).

The family dynamic is annoyingly complex. This sounds like a fairly stereotypical phase to go through in your relationship with them. I wouldn't concern yourself with that.

If you're feeling claustrophobic, get out more; if you're feeling alienated, spend more time with them. This is up to you to deal with, not them. Don't worry, I imagine it'll all work out over time.
    Reject the premise.

It sounds like you're beginning to distance yourself away from your family, your parents. This sort of behaviour is very common during puberty, as you're becoming more of an individual, and less of some sort of "appendage" to your parents

You should be going out with your friends. You should be spending time with other people. It's part of "growing up".
