Im being bullied

So, there is some guys in my school who have been bullying me every day since the first day on 7th grade. They say mean things, but they as well use violence, like hitting, kicking etc.
One of them is a student, who is supposed to help other students and stop bullying in our school! Dunno what those students are called in English.

So, today they came on the recess and threw me on the ground for three times. It didnt really hurt physically, but emotionally yes. After the recess I went to the Teachers Lounge and told them about it. I told all their names to the principal and he said that he will have his eye on those bullies.

Its good that this thing will probably be okay, but the bullying has left "scars" on my mental health. I have been anxious and sad all day and it doesnt seem to end at all. I even ended up cutting myself.

When somebody throws me on the ground, I get the fuck up and beat the shit out of the one who pushed me and anybody who defends them. Don't take their shit and eventually they will stop giving you shit. Anybody who tells you that if you leave them alone and ignore them they will leave you alone is outright insane. All my life I have been dealing with people like this, and ignoring them and letting them physically and verbally assault you only fuels them. Want to know what happened to me when I tried ignoring a situation? My arm was broken and my own life and the life of my family was threatened. So much for walking away. Be a man and fight back.

I completely agree with the above posters and judging by some of your previous posts you seem to be pretty strong for your age and should handle yourself well. Don't just let them push you around man, you have to learn that when it comes to things like this, a man's pride is worth a ton. So show some pride and defend yourself.

"Well keep an eye on them.." is what the administrators always say. Most of them don't do shit. This is when you take it into your own hands. They touch you, you punch them. Show them you aren't putting up with their shit anymore. Show them you're not playing around.

dude, get into martial arts or karate, it will boost your confidence level in those situations, i know they teach you not to be violent and such, but its better to know how to fight back if you're in those situations. dont let them fuckers think they're better than you! Next time they hit you/kick you or whatever, do it back and show them you're not scared

What you did was right, telling the teachers and principal. But you also have to make them respect you or else they’ll keep bullying you. Bullies are cowards and once you fight back they learn to respect you. Don’t let them bring your spirits down; we all go through that, make yourself respected!

I don't know if fighting back as some of the above posters have mentioned would be the right thing to do, but if they are really physically hitting and kicking you then you need to file a police report. I would.

I would fight back but then there would be like five people fighting back and I probably would just get more hurt.
Do you still think I should fight back? I´ve never really been physically fighting and even a kid one year younger than me won the fight once. Sound embarrassing, but it´s true. I suck at physical fighting.

Don't cut yourself just because of this idiots, I know it hurts when something like this happen but ignoring them is not the solution always. if it happens next time then just as said fight back, they won't stop until you do something. it has happened with me, He didn't stop until I beat him up. You did good by reporting them to the teachers.

Why does the result have to be him getting the beating? I dislike the implication that physical strength determines who will end victorious. Throughout my days I've fought with people stronger than me and I've been outnumbered more times than I can count. While I didn't quite leave the clear victor in all of them, I was never beaten to a pulp or even humiliated.

I think either you or I misread his post. I interpreted his post as saying "Fight under control, don't let your emotions get the best of you."

Anyway, yeah. OP: I'd recommend you fight back. There are going to be consequences, as most schools have BS "Zero Tolerance" policies regarding fights, but if you fight back once odds are they aren't going to do it again.
