Hi all,
So, I started getting my period when I was 10 and I always have problems with, well, constipation during my period. I know its kind of a random gross question but has anyone ever had a suppository or enema to, like, make you go?

I've never experienced this, but digestive issues are pretty common during your period. The best reccommendation I've heard is to take an every day stool softener (laxative), which is a lot easier than dealing with a suppository or enema. A suppository wouldn't likely help much - treating constipation involves medication in the bloodstream, and you can take a pill just as easily. An enema would probably have issues due to the nature of the stool.
It's not uncommon to be constipated during your period. I'd agree with Ali that taking a stool softener everyday would be the best way to help your problem. It'd be far more pleasant than having an enema.
