    Default Channel 7 Two

Even though this is about a week old

TWO is a new free-to-air channel brought to you by Channel 7. 7 TWO is a broad entertainment channel offering all our viewers greater choice through a variety of shows with something for everyone no matter what your age. Our channel is programmed to complement Channel Seven’s existing schedule so if you are not in the mood for Action on Seven then 7TWO will offer you an alternative… maybe Romance? 7TWO will be the first place to see the new series of favourites such as Ugly Betty, Heroes, Lost and 24. Iconic programs including the mob hit The Sopranos, much loved drama Six Feet Under and groundbreaking comedy Murphy Brown will screen on the channel alongside new, primetime episodes of The Jay Leno Show, five nights a week.
7TWO will feature the very best of British television from traditional, tried and true favourites A Touch of Frost, Prime Suspect, Judge John Deed, Rosemary and Thyme and Minder to premiere episodes of motoring hit Fifth Gear, Heartbeat, Holby Blue, Benidorm, Gavin and Stacey and Britain’s Best Dish.
Additional themed nights of programming include Action & Adventure, Lifestyle and Movies with the latter featuring an extensive catalogue of family titles from Disney’s studios.
Handpicked cooking programs from the world’s top chefs including Jamie Oliver, Curtis Stone, Rick Stein, Ainsley Harriott and Gary Rhodes will also feature on Monday to Friday afternoons. A broad mix of new and classic programs - including Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Shortland Street, The Martha Stewart Show, Home and Away; The Early Years, Sons and Daughters, Magnum, PI and Moonlighting - complete the channel’s daytime schedule.
    7TWO will broadcast from 1st November, 2009 at 12.00pm.

Im going to be watching Stargate Atlantis on Thursdays. No press release even mentions Atlantis.

This station means that all the wuality programming that doesnt rate has a place in primetime rather than the graveyard shift.

Digitally tv is a win for consumers.

We've had this in South-East QLD for a good month or two now......

I prefer "Go!" myself (channel 9's (or "Win" as we call it) alternative programming channel), but I haven't really gotten around to watching much on 7TWO. I don't watch that much TV anyway.
