How would you guys & gals define a cool person... What kind of characteristics/Traits should they have, what kind of clothes should they wear etc.?

Be honest, be bold, be comical, be sarcastic, be caring, be sympathetic, be knowledgeable, be relaxed... be yourself. "Cool" should not be defined by the clothes you wear, the people you hang out with, the car you drive, or the amount of money you have in your wallet. It should be about how you view yourself, your respect for others along WITH yourself, and you good communication skills to help you become someone who you're happy with, and others are too.

I agree with it fully - especially the part saying "be yourself". No-one's going to like someone who's pretentious and not true to themselves. Being yourself makes you confident and confidence, among many other personality (not physical) traits, makes you cool, in my opinion.

When in reality, even in school and among teenagers, it obviously has no bearing on your popularity. Braggy rich kids are all assholes, and people who follow trends to be cool are obviously mindless drones with no self-respect. Be yourself, and you will attract the kind of people who you will get along with the most.

be yourself, if this makes you popular then go you. In general the cool kids are the ones that are comfterble enough with themselves to put themselves out there and develop charisma and a memorable personality.

Be yourself. Don't try to develop some personality just to please other people. Trying to do so will only make you seem socially awkward.
