Ok, so for the first time in my life I got a crew cut in the summer. I really liked it a lot because it was so manageable and I thought looked good. Since then some girls seemed to like it and guys thought I was looking sharp but my parents and grand parents didn't like it.

One the other side I have this really close friend who had fairly long hair (down to the nips approximately) and then she cut it really short like above shoulders but not too short and I thought it didn't really look too great but didn't tell her because I didn't want to be mean, especially about something she can't change very easily.

So, the question is what looks better short or long hair?

When you got your hair cut, did you also get a key to a time machine that would take you back to the 50s? "Looking sharp"?

And it entirely depends on the individual's face shape. You can't have short hair and look good with some face shapes, it just doesn't work.

i am quite traditional about the hair styles.i like guys with short hair and gals with average hair..
at the most they can reach upto the middle of your back.

it depends on the person, long hair/short hair may look good on some but may not on others, it depends.

Well some thing will look better on some people But if I had to choose i Would say mid for guys. and very long for girls...because that what I like, andI think short hair on girl can be realy good looking.

It really does depend on the person though, I can see people with a whole range of hair lengths and styles and it can look amazing on some people and rather terrible on others.
