School dances

I am in college, and there a couple of guys i would've liked to have asked to a dance, but the homcoming dance is tonite night and i would be really lucky to find anyone this late.

Has anyone on here ever taken anyone of the same sex to a school dance ?how do u think ppl at the colege level would react? Would do it if it was u?

Odds are that in college less people will care. Of course, that depends where your college is located. If you're at NYU you're be better off than at Harvey Mudd College.

You could see if your LGBTQ organization on campus does something similar. Mine does an Alternative Prom a bit later in the year.

uhhh... Harvey Mudd is a an engineering tech institute outside of LA. Like 2/3 of the ppl there are from California, so it's probably as liberal as NYU except more geeky like Rensselaer or god-forbid CMU.

But yeah, i agree that talking to the advisors at your GLBTQ center is the best source since for all I know you could go be attending a seminary
