The V8s are Going to Bathurst...

Well gentlemen, this weekend it's that time of the year when Mt. Panorama is awoken by the sound of V8 thunder. I'm sure plenty of people here will be watching on TV - anyone actually going?

Also, the important question, who's going to win? (by which I mean which Holden driver is going to win?)

I have been a Glen Seaton supporter of way back. It would be lovely to see him win one. Came close a few times he did.

Interesteingly enough. I personally have raced at Mt Panorama. I competed in long distance running at Philamy park, on the top of the Mountain. Run was 6Km, came 2nd in my event and advanced through to State level. That was when I was in Year 9 or 10, sometime....

To be honest I don't have any huge driver preferences. I'd like to see Team Kiwi Racing do well, for obvious reasons, but their races at Bathurst always seem to end in spectacular crashes.

A pretty good race though, definitely one of the most tense finishes of recent times with Greg Murphy fighting his way up to 4th (and oh so close to 3rd!)
