Ok so theres this really nice girl i like, but im not exactly casanova, but then again, im not Napoleon Dynamite. im not the thinnest guy, but then again, im not a mcdonalds regular. so, do girls only go for hot guys who are good looking? and what should i say, when should a say it, and what do girls like?

OK, I can only talk for myself here. Everyone is different. Looks do matter but not that much if other things are right. I've noticed that guys I used to think were plain can start to look really attractive if I like their personality and they are fun to be with. It's like their personality can change the way you actually see them. I don't know if that makes much sense. The best thing to do is be yourself and become friends with girls. If you are a nice guy then the more they get to know you the more attractive you will be generally.
