Okay, you have most if not all of the symptoms your friend discovered online in relation to long-term usage of marijuana. Your reaction isn't exactly an atypical one either. You had what seems to me is a panic attack, followed by paranoia as to what the others around you were thinking. You've mentioned suicidal/self-harm behaviours, as well as a sudden belief in the 2012 nonsense, which could be as a result of confusion. You also mentioned that you felt that life wasn't "real" which is dissociation, which is along the lines of depersonalization.
My recommendation: Stop smoking, it seems to me that this would be the first step to figuring out what the root of your problem is. Give it a couple of weeks. If you're still feeling the same, then i'd recommend seeing a therapist.
