Underwear over Boxers and the over way around

Would it be okay, if i wore an underwear over a boxer? And would it be okay if i wore a boxer over an underwear? I'm just curious because i heard my friends and them talk about this and they think who ever do this is stupid.

I am not sure as to what you mean here? Do you mean wearing briefs under boxers or boxers under briefs?

I have heard of a few of my friends that wear briefs under boxers for support and so as to avoid the embarrasment in gym class. I think it is rather silly if you ask me.

I agree with Austin. I say if someone wants a little support, wear boxer briefs.

Some people are very self-conscious like that, and probably feel more comfortable knowing there's a few layers between safety and total embarassment, which would explain some doubling up for gym class etc. However I wouldn't say it's the thing to do - and it would be more worthwhile working on your confidence than deciding to simply stew in your own insecurities.

you can but i think it would b odd having a pair of boxers on and then something over them.... what i have done is wore a pair of briefs or boxer briefs and then a pair of boxers over them as shorts like when i am on my deck or around the house

The idea seems a bit redundant to me. It makes sense to just pick one and wear it.

i've never heard of it being done boxers under briefs but i know a few people who put briefs under boxers

well, alot of people do care what other people think, and that's why everyone seems to have come across someone who does it.

did you notice that a couple of posters have said that's its done to avoid embarrassment, which is right, but its a pity that there is an automatic assumption that to be caught wearing briefs is embarrassing.

i think that people who get seen wearing boxers over briefs are really 'hanging themselves out to dry' cos they are admitting by their behaviour that they are embarassed to be wearing the briefs.
