First, happy birthday. Second, it all depends on the person. Your age has no specific correlation to body part growth. With that, your later teen years you will start to see more muscle develop on your body. So eat well. Other than that, we can't guide you unless we know what growth you've had already.

It depends on your current state of puberty. Some grow fasters than others.
Most likely everything is growing at 16.
PS: Happy birthday.

What grows will depend where you are in puberty. At 16, some people are done, others are finishing, and still others are in the middle. And everybody develops in a slightly different order, too.

Happy Birthday, and congratulations on making it this far. Well done!
You will continue to develop at your own rate. As does everyone else. Quit trying to objectively measure how far into puberty you are, and stop trying to figure out what's "normal" and what isn't.
Well, nothing.
Or perhaps everything.
Or maybe some things.
We can't tell you, puberty is something is that is different for each and every person.

Boys usually stop growing any time between the ages of 18 and 22. I know my dad and brother stopped growing in height as late as 22, and they both managed to reach 6'1.
It's likely that you're still growing in height at 16. Facial hair will also begin to grow at about this time too. Muscles (likes others have said) and maybe other minor areas. Really depends how far you are through puberty.
