With my current girlfriend, yes I can go more or less non stop for about an hour. But then I'm probably not going to have sex for the rest of the night. If I go for less time then I'm more like to be be able to do it again later.

I dont know who you are talking too, but I sure as hell cant go from sunrise to sundown. Maybe at the most 30 or 45 minutes. It all depends on the person. Endurance and Stamina are going to increase and get better as you grow and mature. So dont worry so much about it.

you might be getting this idea from porn movies, If that is not the case, i apologise, but porn movies make it appear like both people can go on forever... that's just bladderdash, fake. erm... if you want to last longer before you orgasm, you need the self dicipline to stop "thrusting" when you feel the orgasm coming. (some people say that the longer you hold back from orgasm during masturbation the better the orgasm feels at the end and I agree. also, you may notice during masturbation that you are clenching a muscle that feels like it's somewhere between the penis and anus. clenching that muscle puts pressure on the male "g-spot" and increses pleasure. however, it does dramatically reduce the time before orgasm. you need to relax that muscle and you should be able to hold off the orgasm. I give you this info because I asssume you are wanting to know how you can last longer.

But as for that part of it, take your time, go slow at first, if you feel like you're gonna cum, then stop thrusting, wait for the sensation to go away, then start again.
